Power Tonic – Getting In Shape In 10 Minutes A Day!

You may have seen the Powertonic advertised on TV already but what exactly is it  I have purchased one to try it out.

The Theory

Powertonic is the latest fitness device utilising new ‘Vibration Technology’. It works by sending vibrations at 2000 cycles per minute through the base plate, this in turn forces muscles to contract and expand in rapid succession, helping to tone and firm your shape with virtually no effort. All you have to do is step on the plate and turn the dial to the speed that suits you – it’s that simple!

My thought’s on the device

The Power Tonic unit is a very sturdy bit of kit; from my point of view the controls are very well laid out and it is all very simple to use which i think fits in with the theme of the product itself.

Powertonic lets you chose from 4 different workout programs which are suitable for beginners up to advanced users and even includes a fat burning program. To see the difference and work the different muscles in your body you simply change your position on the plate and the vibrations do the rest for you! The good thing about the Power Tonic is that you can work on multiple muscle groups simply by changing the position in which you are in contact with the base plate.
